I'd misplaced an expensive little rod on my 4x5 camera, like to the tune of around . I looked at the opening where the rod goes. I opened a box of number 2's. Sure enough, the pencil did the trick. The manufacturer had cast a pencil for their rod.

I was soooo proud.
